We produce instant coffee in cooperation with the Czech start-up Revolución Lab. It all starts with the roasting of selected coffee in our roastery. In Revolúcion Lab, it is then grind and extracted into a strong, pure concentrate. The extract is subsequently lyophilized for several tens of hours. The key to success is the gentle drying of the extract using very low pressure and temperatures. The resulting powder is hermetically packed in barrier film to preserve quality.
