Cascara, a drink made from dried coffee cherries, is a great alternative to traditional coffee. It contains only 20–30% of the caffeine found in filtered coffee but still provides a pleasant boost. Like green tea, cascara is rich in natural antioxidants. Ours comes from the renowned Las Lajas farm in Costa Rica, and its flavor features notes of rosehip, peach, wild strawberries, raspberry, and honey.

our recipe for cascara

Weigh 12 grams of cascara and pour 300 ml of water at an ideal temperature of 98 °C (208 °F) over it. Let it steep for 7 minutes, then strain the drink. We recommend using a French press or AeroPress. After that, just enjoy your cascara. Cheers!
