Brazil, as a coffee origin, has made a significant leap in recent years. It's not just the boring chocolate-nut espresso coffees anymore. This origin currently has much more diverse and interesting flavour profiles, full of fruity notes. Therefore, it is no coincidence that we at the roastery also reach for Brazil more and more often.
In this box, you will find Brazil Maxuel and Fazenda do Salto. We are not afraid to say that this is the best Brazil we have ever had in our roastery! Both are filter-roasted, and we're sure they'll change your opinion of this often-underrated origin!

tangy and syrupy with notes of candied pear and apple, demerara sugar sweetness, raspberry acidity with rooibos and cocoa nibs finish
